A Solemn Assembly

Operation Save America, formerly known as Operation Rescue, will officially open the week’s activities with a Solemn Assembly in which pastors of local churches lead the church in repentance:

• For not actively opposing the shedding of innocent blood and failing to rescue those unjustly sentenced to death.
  
• For the compromise, indifference and apathy of the Church.
  
• For the failure of men to fight the battle against the prevailing spirit of lust.
  
• For becoming more concerned about offending men rather than of offending God.
  
• For squandering our costly godly heritage and wasting our children’s righteous heritage.
  
• For failing to build our nation and its institutions upon the righteous foundations of God’s eternal law.
  

We must return to God’s Law which is the standard that is binding upon all men, at all times, and in every nation.
